Objective
Macho Women with Guns is a satirical role-playing game where players take on the roles of tough female characters battling bizarre enemies and absurd threats. The aim of the game is to successfully complete missions while embracing humor and a kind of "cult film attitude" from the 80s.

Setup
- Character Creation: Each player creates their character by assigning attributes like Strength, Dexterity, and Coolness, and selecting weapons and other equipment from a provided list.
- Appoint a Game Master (GM): One person acts as the Game Master, who narrates the story and controls the adversaries.
Basic Rules
- Dice Rolls: Most actions require dice rolls. Players roll three six-sided dice (3d6) aiming to exceed or meet a specified threshold depending on the difficulty of the action and the character's skills.
- Combat: Combat is turn-based. The sequence of actions is determined by an initiative roll.
- Attacking: To attack, roll 3d6 and add any modifiers. The attack is successful if a predetermined target value is met or exceeded.
- Defending: Defense also involves a 3d6 roll.
