Instructions Personality Identification Playing Cards

Objective

The objective of Personality Identification Playing Cards (PIPC) is to score the most points by skillfully guessing and assessing the traits of fellow players and played cards. It is a blend of a quiz and categorization game, aimed at getting to know the personalities of other players better.

Setup

• Each player receives two decks:
• Identity Cards: These cards describe personality traits or categories.
• Attribute Cards: These cards list specific qualities that could match the Identity Cards.
• An additional Goal Card deck is placed in the center of the table.
• Each player draws 5 Identity Cards and 5 Attribute Cards into their hand.

Gameplay

1. Round Start: A player acts as the moderator for the round and draws a Goal Card from the deck. This card provides the sought personality category.
2. Card Selection: All players choose one Identity Card and one Attribute Card from their hands that they think best match the Goal Card.
3. Presentation: Once all have made their selection, players present their cards and explain why they believe these cards match the Goal Card.
4. Voting and Scoring:
5. All players, including the moderator, vote secretly on which combination they find most fitting.
6. The card combination with the most votes wins the round.
7. The player whose combination wins receives points according to the value of the Goal Card.
8. Drawing new cards: Each player redraws to have 5 of each card type in their hand.

End of the Game

The game ends when a predetermined number of rounds has been played or a specific point limit is reached. The player with the most points wins the game.
