Objective
Futschikato is a fast-paced and entertaining card game where the goal is to get rid of all your hand cards as quickly as possible. The winner is the first player to have no cards left.
Components
- A deck of cards consisting of various colors and numbers.
Number of Players
- 2-5 players can participate in a round.
Setup
- Shuffle the cards and deal an equal number to each player. These are the hand cards.
- The remaining cards form the draw pile placed in the middle.
- Choose a starting player.
Gameplay
The game proceeds in quick rounds with players taking turns to discard their hand cards according to a specific pattern:
- Number Play: On your turn, place one or more cards with the same number value from your hand onto the discard pile in the center. For example, if you have two 3s, you may put them both down at once.
- Special Value: Some cards have special action values that must be executed immediately when played. These might involve drawing additional cards for your opponents or setting a specific numerical sequence.
- Draw Card: If you cannot play any cards, you must draw a card from the draw pile.
- End Turn: Your turn ends when you have played or drawn a card. Then it's the next player's turn.
