Objective of the Game
The objective of Killer Bunnies (known in German as "Killer Karnickel" or "Böse Häschen") is to ensure the survival of your bunnies while attempting to eliminate the bunnies of your opponents. At the same time, you want to collect carrot cards to find the ultimate winning carrot. Only one carrot will lead to victory, but which one it is remains a mystery until the game's end.
Game Components
- A set of carrot cards
- A set of bunny cards
- Play cards with various functions (e.g., weapons, defense cards, etc.)
- A die
- A board to place the carrot cards on
- Markers or tiles to track certain effects
Gameplay
- Setup:
- Each player receives 5 cards in hand.
- The carrot cards are shuffled and placed face down on the board.

A random carrot is designated as the winning carrot and placed aside face down at the beginning.

Round Structure:
- Players take turns in clockwise order.

During your turn, perform the following steps:
- Playing cards: Play a card from your hand to the field. You can play action cards to bring bunnies into play or launch attacks on other bunnies.
- Activating cards: Action cards have various effects such as upgradable weapons, protection mechanisms, or sabotaging other players.
- Discard or draw cards to always have 5 cards in hand.

Attack and Defense:
- Attacking: When you play an attack card (like a weapon), an attack is launched on an enemy bunny. Roll the dice and compare the number to the defense of the attacked bunny.

Defending: Players can play defense cards to block or mitigate attacks.

Winning the Game:
- The game ends when all carrot cards are claimed.
- Players reveal the carrot cards to see who holds the winning carrot.
- The player with the winning carrot wins the game.

- Balance Attack and Defense: Try to balance attacking with protecting your own bunnies.
- Variety of Cards: Aim to collect and plan various cards to react to different scenarios.
- Alliances: Temporary alliances can help neutralize strong opponents, but be careful whom you trust.
