Game Setup

- Starting Resources: Distribute the initial fame points, resources, and units as instructed on faction cards.
- Turn Marker: Place the turn marker on the first space of the turn track.
- Random Event Cards: Shuffle the event deck and place it nearby.
Gameplay
The game is played in rounds, with each round consisting of several phases:
- Event Phase: Draw an event card and apply its effect. Effects can alter resources or present new challenges.
- Planning Phase: Players secretly plan their actions for the round, possibly by placing orders on hidden cards.
