Car Wars is a strategic board game where players equip vehicles with weapons and gadgets to battle opponents and survive as the last one standing. The aim of the game is to either be the last player still in the race or to collect the most points by eliminating opponents.

Game Setup

- Determine Initiative: Roll for starting initiative as per scenario rules.
Gameplay
The game is played in rounds that consist of several phases:

Movement Phase: In initiative order, players move their vehicles. Movement is constrained by speed and maneuverability as indicated on the vehicle sheet. Consideration must be given to turning and speed changes, with maneuvers potentially generating risk markers which can lead to accidents or loss of control.

Action Phase: After movement, each player can perform actions, such as attacking opponents with weapons. Shooting is restricted to certain fire arcs. The range and damage depend on the weapon, with hit rolls determined by dice and subject to modifiers.

End Phase: In this phase, any temporary effects or damage are adjusted or removed from the vehicle sheet.
Victory Conditions
The game ends when only one vehicle remains or a set number of rounds have passed. The player with the last vehicle or the most eliminations wins.
