Objective of the Game

Circle of Death is a drinking game where players draw cards and perform various tasks or take drinks based on the card drawn. The goal is to have fun and encourage social interaction while drinking.

Setup

1. Players sit in a circle around a table, placing a large glass or cup in the center (referred to as the King's Cup).
2. A standard deck of 52 cards is shuffled and spread out in a closed circle around the cup.
3. Each player should have a drink of their choice.

Gameplay

• Players take turns drawing a card from the circle and perform the action associated with that card's rule.

Card Rules

Here are the typical rules for each card value, though they can be adjusted by player agreement:

• Ace: Waterfall - All players begin drinking together. You can only stop once the player to your left stops.
• 2: You - The drawer chooses a player who must drink.
• 3: Me - The drawer has to drink.
• 4: Ladies - All female players drink.
• 5: Thumb Rule - The drawer may place their thumb on the table at any time. Everyone else must do the same; the last one drinks.
• 6: Men - All male players drink.
• 7: Heaven - The drawer points upwards. Everyone else must do the same; the last one drinks.
• 8: Mate - The drawer picks a drinking partner. When one drinks, the other must also drink.
• 9: Rhyme - The drawer says a word, and in turn, each must say a word that rhymes. Whoever fails first drinks.
• 10: Categories - The drawer picks a category. Players take turns naming something in that category. Whoever can't think of one drinks.
• Jack: Rule - The drawer makes a new rule that all players must follow until the game ends (e.g., no saying names).
• Queen: Questions - The drawer asks someone a question who must reply with another question, and so on. The first to fail drinks.
• King: Add to the King's Cup - The player pours some of their drink into the center cup. The player who draws the fourth King must drink the cup's contents.

End of the Game

The game ends either when all cards have been drawn, or the players decide to stop.

• Pay attention to the Kings drawn to gauge when the cup might fill up.
• Creative Jack rules and funny questions can enhance enjoyment and laughter.
