Objective of the Game
The objective of Wau Wau is to gather as many points as possible by correctly guessing the color drawn by the other players during the game.
Game Components
- A special set of colorful tokens or cards, usually in four or five colors (such as red, blue, green, yellow).
- A scoreboard or point sheet to record the points.
Setup
- Each player is given a certain number of cards or tokens in different colors.
- The remaining cards are shuffled and placed face down in the center of the table.
Gameplay
- Round Start: The starting player draws the top card from the deck and looks at it secretly without showing it to the other players.
- Betting: Each player, including the starting player, secretly predicts a color they think the starting player has drawn.
- This prediction is usually made by placing a card face down.
- Reveal: The starting player reveals their card to show the color.
- Scoring:
- Each player who correctly guessed the color earns a point.
- Rotation: The role of the starting player rotates to the next player clockwise.
End of the Game
The game ends after a predetermined number of rounds or when all cards have been drawn once. The player with the most points wins.
Strategic Tips
- Memory: Try to remember the cards that have already been drawn to better predict future draws.
- Psychological play: Observe the reactions of other players for cues on their predictions.
