Instructions Cavagnole

Objective

The objective of Cavagnole is to win everyone's chips (also called tokens). This is accomplished by placing bets and drawing cards from an alternating deck.

Number of Players

Cavagnole can be played with 2 to 12 players.

Game Components

• A standard deck of 52 playing cards
• A supply of tokens or chips used as currency to place bets

Setup

1. Each player receives a predetermined number of chips.
2. One player is chosen as the dealer and shuffles the card deck.
3. Each player places a bet in the center of the table, often referred to as the "pot."

Gameplay

1. The dealer starts by drawing a card from the deck and showing it to all players.
2. Depending on the value of the drawn card, different payouts are made:

4. Queen: The player receives half of the pot.
5. Jack: The player takes back one bet.
