Objective of the Game
The objective of Leinen Los! is to be the first player to navigate your pirate ship marker from the starting position to the treasure island. Players must traverse through a course filled with obstacles and strategically decide when to set sail, fire cannons, or evade enemy attacks.

Setup
- Each player chooses a pirate ship marker and places it at the starting position.
- The cards are shuffled and placed as a draw stack.
- Each player receives a certain number of cards at the start of the game, typically five.
- The game board is placed in the center of the table within reach of all players.
Gameplay
The game is played in turns, proceeding clockwise. Each player takes the following actions during their turn:
- Draw Cards: The player draws a card from the draw pile.
- Movement and Actions: The player can choose to move their pirate ship marker. Movement is done by playing cards, which have different values or effects, such as:
- Set Sail: Allows movement in any direction.
- Cannon Shot: Can be used to attack other ships and push them back.
- Maneuver: Cards that allow fleeing from dangerous zones or preventing attacks.
- Resolve Conflicts: If two ships land on the same position, a conflict arises. This is resolved by using cannon shot cards.
- End Turn: The player discards all played cards to the discard pile, and the next player takes their turn.
Special Features
- Dangerous Regions: Certain zones on the board have special rules, like currents or storms, affecting ship movement.
- Current Cards: These cards can be drawn and affect all ships on the board by moving them in a specific direction.
Winning the Game
The first player to successfully navigate their pirate ship marker to the treasure island wins the game.
