- Player pieces for each participant, preferably in different colors.
- A die (singular of dice).

- Maximum of 4 players
Setup

- The figure "Creeping Johanna" is placed on a separate space, typically at the beginning of her own path.
Gameplay
- Determine the order: Each player rolls the die once. The player with the highest number starts, then the game continues clockwise.
- Player's turn: The current player rolls the die and moves their piece forward that number of spaces.
- Move Johanna: After each turn, "Creeping Johanna" must be moved one space further, in a predetermined order or randomly when certain spaces are reached.
- Interaction with Johanna: If a player lands on the same space as Johanna, that player must move three spaces back.
- The game continues until a player successfully brings their pieces to the finish line.
Winning
The first player to get their piece to the finish space at the end of the path wins the game. Players should avoid being overtaken by "Creeping Johanna," as this would cause them to move backward.
