Objective of the Game
Chez Geek is a humorous card game where you and your fellow players role-play as roommates trying to balance the leisurely and chaotic aspects of shared living. The goal is to be the first to reach a specified number of Slack Points by hanging out, going out, and avoiding work as much as possible.
Game Components
- Job Cards: These determine your occupation, income, and most importantly, your available free time budget.
- Buddy Cards: Roommates and visitors who can help you.
- Action Cards: Various events that can improve or worsen your life.
- Leisure Cards: Activities you can perform in your free time to gain Slack Points.
- Money Cards: Used to finance various activities.
Gameplay
- Setup
- Each player draws a Job Card, which determines their weekly income and the number of free time days available.

Each player is dealt 5 cards.

Round Sequence Each round consists of the following phases:
a. Get Income - Each player receives the income specified on their Job Card.
b. Activity Phase - Play cards from your hand to earn Slack Points. You can invite people over, go shopping, slack off (Slack Cards), or engage in activities (Leisure Cards), with each requiring a certain number of free time days and possibly money.
c. Living Phase - Play or draw back up to five cards in your hand.

- When a player reaches the required number of Slack Points, the game ends, and that player is declared the winner.
