Objective of the Game:
In Krasse Kacke, the objective is to get rid of as many of your cards as possible while deceiving other players.
Game Components:
- Cards with various animals (goat, dog, cat, mouse, fly, elephant)
- Joker cards
Number of Players:
- 2-6 players can play.
Game Start:
- Shuffle the deck thoroughly.
- Each player receives the same number of cards. The remaining cards form a draw pile in the center.
- Players decide who starts.
Game Play:
- Order of Play: The game proceeds clockwise.
- The starting player places one of their cards face down in the center and claims what kind of animal it is (e.g., “I’m placing a mouse”).
- The next player then has the following options:
- Believe: Accept the claim and add a card, supposedly of the same animal, face down.
- Doubt: Express doubt by saying “I think you’re bluffing!”
- Reveal:
- If there is doubt, the original player must reveal their card. If they lied, they must take the whole pile. If truthful, the doubter takes the pile.
- New Pile: Whoever collects the pile starts a new round.
Special Cards:
- Joker Cards: These act as wildcards and can represent any animal.
End of the Game:
- The game ends when one player has no cards left and wins.
Strategic Tips:
- Deception: Having a good poker face and the ability to deceive other players is advantageous.
- Risk Assessment: Consider carefully when to doubt. A wrong doubt could bring a large pile your way.
- Observation: Pay attention to how often and in what situations other players bluff. This can give you clues.
