Objective of the Game
Fluxx is a card game where the rules and the objective of the game constantly change. The main goal of Fluxx is to be the first player to fulfill the conditions of a current goal.
Game Components
The game consists of a deck of cards that includes the following types of cards: - Rule Cards - Draw and Play Cards - Action Cards - Goal Cards - Keeper Cards - Creeper Cards
Game Setup
- Shuffle all the cards well.
- Deal 3 cards to each player.
- The rest of the deck becomes the draw pile in the center.
- Place the starting rule card "Draw 1, Play 1" in the center.
Basic Rules
At the beginning of the game, everyone follows the starting rule: "Draw 1 card, Play 1 card." This means: - Each player draws 1 card at the start of their turn. - Each player plays 1 card from their hand on their turn.
Card Types and Effects

Rule Cards: When a new rule card is played, it replaces or supplements existing rules. These cards can change the number of cards drawn or played per round or have other effects.

Goal Cards: Goal cards specify conditions needed to win the game. When a new goal card is played, the previous goal card is discarded.

Gameplay
The game proceeds clockwise. Each player takes the following steps on their turn: 1. Draw cards as dictated by the current rules. 2. Play the number of cards dictated by current rules (may include any type of card). 3. Adjust hand size if a rule demands it (e.g., "Hand Limit 1").
Winning the Game
A player wins the game by fulfilling the current goal card's conditions and clearing any Creeper cards they have. As the goals and rules are subject to change, the game is exciting and unpredictable.
