Objective of the Game
Activity is a communicative and creative social game where the aim is to describe, draw, or mime terms as quickly and accurately as possible, so team members can guess them. The objective is to move your team across the game board to the finish line before the others.
Number of Players
- Minimum: 3 players
- Maximum: No fixed limit, typically 16-20 players in teams.
Game Materials
- A game board with spaces
- Cards with terms
- Sand timer or stopwatch
- Team figure pieces
- Paper and pens for drawing
Setup
- Shuffle the Activity cards and place them as a stack.
- Each team selects a playing piece and places it on the start space.
- Decide the player who will present the term each round.
- Set an overall game time to complete the board.
Gameplay
- The team in turn draws a card and chooses one of the terms on it.
- The action type depends on the space the team's piece is on:
- Drawing: The presenter must draw the term without speaking.
- Describing: The presenter explains the term without using the word itself.

Miming: The presenter acts out the term without speaking.

The rest of the team must guess the term within the time limit.
- If guessed correctly, the team moves forward the number of spaces associated with the difficulty of the term.
- The next team then takes their turn.
- The first team to reach the finish wins the game.
Strategies and Tips
- Aim to utilize each team member's strengths by selecting terms and presentation methods accordingly.
- Observe other teams' strategies to spark your own creativity.
- Be quick and precise in your presentations to avoid losing time.
Nuances: Some terms can have multiple interpretations. During guessing, try to cover a broad theme to uncover possible unlikely associations.
