Objective of the Game
Emojito! is a fun and expressive game where players aim to correctly portray and guess emotions. Players strive to collect as many points as possible by expressing and identifying emotions through emojis.
Setup
- Number of Players: 2 to 7 players.
- Components: Includes cards with various emoji images, a glass marker, and a box of score counters.
- Shuffle the cards and stack them face down in the center of the table.
How to Play
- Round Sequence: Each player takes turns being the performer. The performer draws a random card and looks at the emotion depicted on it.
- The performer must then try to express the emotion without using words, only through facial expressions or sounds.
- The other players observe the expressed emotion and try to identify the correct card from the deck or point out the correct card.
- There are multiple cards to choose from, and players simultaneously tap or select the card they believe represents the depicted emotion.
Scoring
- Points are awarded if one or more players correctly guess the emotion.
- Both the performer and all players who guess correctly receive points.
- The game can last as long as you like or until the cards are exhausted.
Special Game Modes
- Cooperative Mode: All players work together to guess the emotion without competitive elements.
- Extended Performance: The performer may opt to include gestures or sounds to convey the emotion more clearly.
