Gameplay

The game is played in rounds, with each round consisting of the following phases:

  3. Players can then decide openly if they want to keep them or try trading them for other ingredients.

  4. Fulfill Recipes:

  5. Players work together to gather the ingredients listed on the recipe cards and fulfill the recipes.
  6. Once a recipe is fulfilled, the corresponding recipe card is flipped over to show the chocolate has been successfully made.

  7. Mouse Attack:

  8. Draw a mouse card and execute the action described.
  9. Mice can steal ingredient cards or disrupt the progress on a recipe.

  10. Strategy Discussion:

  11. Players can make strategic decisions to counter the effects of mouse cards and plan future moves.

Winning and Losing Conditions

  • Winning: Players win if all recipe cards are flipped, indicating all chocolate has been produced successfully.
  • Losing: The game is lost if the mice steal all ingredient cards before the chocolate is completed.

Strategic Tips

  • Communication and Cooperation: As a cooperative game, effective communication is key. Players should openly discuss what ingredients they have and which are needed.
  • Set Priorities: Decide as a group which recipes to complete first based on ingredient availability and mouse actions.
  • Keep an Eye on Mice: Always be aware of regular mouse attacks and plan accordingly to minimize damage.
