Objective of the Game
The Mysterious Dragon Cave is an adventure game where players take on the roles of brave heroes trying to retrieve valuable treasures from the lair of a dangerous dragon. The objective is to be the first to collect a specific number of treasures and safely escape the cave before the dragon awakens.

Game Setup
- Set up the board: Place the game board in the center of the table.
- Place treasures: Distribute the treasures in the dragon's cave as per the instructions in the rulebook.
- Shuffle cards: Shuffle the movement and action cards and place them face down as a draw pile.
- Place tokens: Each player selects a token and positions it at the starting point outside the cave.
- Dragon marker: Place the dragon marker on the dragon's sleep area marked on the board.
Gameplay
Players take turns in sequence. A turn consists of the following phases:
- Draw cards: Draw two cards from the deck.
- Movement: Roll the die and move your token forward according to the number rolled.
- Execute actions: Use the drawn cards to perform special actions, e.g.,
- Movement cards to move additional spaces.
- Action cards to block or aid other players.
- Collect treasures: If you land on a treasure space, collect the treasure.
- Dragon threat: With certain die rolls or special cards, the dragon may advance. If the dragon lands on a player's space, that player must return a treasure.
End of the Game
The game ends when:
- A player successfully collects the required number of treasures and escapes the cave.
- The dragon fully awakens, forcing all players to make a quick exit. In this case, the player with the most collected treasures wins.

- Plan retreats: Always plan a safe retreat in case the dragon awakens quickly.
- Card combinations: Combine cards cleverly to gain maximum advantage.
- Timing: Be aware of other players' positions and the potential dragon movement to time your moves effectively.
