Objective of the Game
In Dragonlance, a fantasy-themed adventure game, players take on the roles of heroes traveling through the world of Krynn. Their goal is to complete quests, fight various creatures, and ultimately defeat a big evil dragon to win the game.
Game Components

Setup
- Choose a Hero: Each player selects or is assigned a hero. Place the corresponding character card in front of you.

- Prepare Quests and Events: Shuffle the quest and event card decks and place them in their designated spots on the board.
- Starting Position: All heroes start in the central city on the game board. Place the figures accordingly on this space.
Game Play
- Round Start: Determine the player order, often by rolling dice or according to the characters' initiative.
- Draw Phase: Players draw a quest card and reveal an event, which takes immediate effect.
- Movement: Players can move according to their movement points on the board. Obstacles and special spaces can affect movement.
- Combat: Upon entering a space with an enemy, combat occurs. The player and the enemy roll dice to decide the battle. Modifiers from equipment and abilities affect the outcome.
- Quest Interaction: When players land on a quest space, they can tackle quests by fulfilling the tasks described on the card.
- Equipment and Trading: Players can trade, purchase, or upgrade equipment when they land on special merchant spaces.
Winning Conditions
- The game is won by the players as a group or individually by completing all main quests and defeating the final boss, the dragon.
- Cooperation is often crucial, as the heroes' abilities complement each other.
