Game Setup
- Place the game board in the center of the table.
- Each player selects a knight piece and takes the corresponding score tokens.
- Shuffle each deck separately and place them face down next to the board.
- Players start at the kingdom's starting area.
- Each player receives one quest card at the start.
Game Play
The game is played in turns, with each turn comprising the following phases:
- Movement: The player rolls a die and moves their piece according to the number shown on the die.
- Interaction:
- Quests: If the player lands on a quest symbol, they can draw a quest card and attempt to complete it.
- Tournament: Arriving on a tournament space allows participation in a tournament, requiring another dice roll to determine the outcome.
- Event: Landing on an event space, the player draws an event card and follows the instructions.
- Scoring: Completing quests and succeeding in tournaments earns points, which are tracked with score tokens.
Winning Conditions
The game ends when a player reaches a certain score predefined before starting. This player is knighted by King Richard and wins the game.
