Objective
The goal of "Dream Home" is to build the most beautiful and high-scoring dream home. Each player designs their own house by placing rooms and decorating. The score is calculated at the end of the game, and the player with the highest score wins.

Components
- Room cards (different types like bedroom, kitchen, etc.)
- Roof cards
- Bonus tokens
- Tools and helpers (tools, architects, etc.)
- Sun tokens for determining turn order
- House plan boards for each player

Setup
1. Each player receives a house plan board and places it in front of them.
2. Room and roof cards are shuffled and placed as face-down draw piles.
3. Bonus tokens and remaining components are placed in the center.
4. Decide who picks the first sun token and thus becomes the starting player.

Gameplay
The game is played over several rounds until the card piles are exhausted. Each round proceeds as follows:

1. Reveal Cards: Several cards from the room and roof card piles are revealed, creating sets for each player.
2. Choose Cards: Starting with the first player, each player selects a set of cards (one room card and either a roof card or a helper card). The chosen cards are placed on their house boards.
3. House Construction: Follow some spatial rules when placing:
4. Rooms must be filled from bottom to top, so a second floor cannot be filled until all lower floors are complete.
5. Certain rooms score more points when placed next to or above/below specific other rooms (e.g., bathrooms).
6. Roof cards only score extra if a complete roof structure is achieved at the end.
7. End Round: Each player draws a new sun token, potentially changing the turn order. Then a new round begins.

End of the Game
The game ends when no more sets of cards can be created. Players then tally: - Room Card Points: Points depend on the number and combination of rooms.
- Roof Points: Only complete roofs count, matching-colored roofs score extra.
- Bonus Tokens and Helper Cards: These offer special scoring rules or extra bonuses.

The player with the highest total score wins the game.

Strategic Tips
- Pay attention to how you arrange your rooms to maximize points.
- It can be beneficial to invest in acquiring useful helper cards early on to allow for more flexible placement later.
- A good roof can be decisive in winning, so acquire the right cards in time.
