Objective of the Game
The objective of Drecksau is to be the first player to have all of your pig cards dirty, as pigs prefer being dirty rather than clean. The first player to have all their pigs flipped to the dirty side wins the game.
Components
- Pig Cards: Each player starts with an equal number of pig cards that initially lie clean.
- Action Cards: These cards have various effects and properties to impact the game.
Setup
Each player receives a predetermined number of pig cards (dependent on the number of players) and draws three action cards from a shuffled deck. All the pig cards start clean and face up in front of the players.
Rules of Play

Turn Sequence: During a turn, you must play one action card from your hand and then draw a new card from the deck to maintain three cards in hand.

- Mud Card: This card allows you to flip one of your pig cards to its dirty side.
- Rain Card: Causes all players to flip all of their dirty pig cards back to the clean side.
- Barn Structures: Cards like the Hut or Lightning Rod protect your pigs from environmental effects like rain.

Farmer Card: Lets you choose a target player's dirty pig and clean it back to the clean side.

- Protection Strategy: Combine the Hut with the Lightning Rod to defend your pig permanently.

- The game ends immediately when one player has all their pigs on the dirty side and this player is declared the "Drecksau" winner.
