Objective of the Game
Globalissimo is a geographical quiz game that tests players' knowledge of countries, capitals, and flags. The objective is to provide as many correct answers as possible to collect points. The player with the most points at the end of the game wins.
Game Components
- Question Cards: Contain questions about countries, capitals, flags, and other geographical topics.
- Scoreboard: Used to keep track of current scores.
- Answer Sheets and Pencils: Used for writing down answers.
Setup
- Players decide who will be the first player.
- Shuffle the question cards well and place them in the center of the table.
- Each player receives an answer sheet and a pencil.
- Place the scoreboard in a visible spot for all players.
Gameplay
- The starting player draws the top question card and reads the question aloud.
- All players write their answers on their answer sheets.
- Once all players have written their answers, the correct answer is revealed.
- Players who answered correctly receive a point. These points are recorded on the scoreboard.
- The next card is drawn by the left neighbor of the current player, and play continues.
- The game ends when all cards have been used or a pre-determined score is reached.
Special Rules and Features
- Time Limit: Players can opt to set a time limit per question to increase the pace of the game.
- Bonus Questions: Some cards include bonus questions that provide additional points if answered correctly.
