Objective

Hotel Haie is an exciting board game where the goal is to become the wealthiest hotel manager by the end of the game. Players buy properties, build hotels, and earn rent from other players.

Setup

1. Each player chooses a figure and places it on the start position.
2. Each player receives a starting capital of 2,500 units.
3. Shuffle the property cards and place them face down next to the board.
4. Shuffle the event cards and place them face down on the board.

Game Play

1. Players roll the dice to determine who goes first. The player with the highest number starts.
2. Each turn, a player rolls the dice and moves their piece forward according to the number rolled.

4. Buy a property: If the property is unsold, the player may purchase it by paying the listed amount to the bank.
5. Build a hotel: If a player lands on their own property, they can build a hotel or an expansion by paying the construction cost to the bank.
6. Pay rent: If a player lands on another player's hotel, they must pay rent to the owner.

7. Draw an event card: If a player lands on an event space, they must draw a card and follow the instructions on it.

8. After the turn is over, the next player moves.

End of the Game

The game ends when all properties are sold and no further hotels can be built. The winner is the player with the most money.
