Instructions Kartendomino

Objective

Kartendomino is a simple card game where the aim is to get rid of all your cards by playing them in a domino fashion, matching numbers or suits to the cards on the table.

Components

• A standard 52-card deck without jokers

Number of Players

• 2-4 players

Setup

1. Shuffle the deck thoroughly.
2. Each player is dealt 7 cards. The remaining cards form the draw pile placed facedown in the center of the table.
3. Flip the top card of the draw pile face up to create the discard pile.

Gameplay

1. The player to the left of the dealer goes first.
2. Playing a card: The player must play a card from their hand onto the discard pile. The card must match either the number or suit of the top card.
3. If a player cannot play a matching card, they must draw one card from the draw pile. If the drawn card can be played immediately, they may do so; otherwise, their turn ends.
4. The game continues clockwise.
5. Objective: Be the first to play all your cards.

Special Rules:

• There are no special rules for specific cards as in games like Uno. It's purely about matching numbers or suits.

Strategies

• Card Management: Keep track of what cards others are playing to quickly know which numbers and suits are prevalent in play.
• Avoid Drawing Cards: Try not to draw from the pile unless necessary, as additional cards hinder your goal of playing all your cards.

Winning

The game ends when a player has no cards left. That player is the winner.
