Objective of the Game
Australia is a strategic board game that aims to establish the largest colony in Australia. Players compete to claim land, gather resources, and develop their cities. The game ends when the last landscape tile is placed or a player builds all their cities.
Game Components
- Game board with a map of Australia
- Landscape tiles
- Player pieces in different colors for each player
- Resource markers (wood, iron, coal, gold)
- Event cards

Setup
- Game Board: Place the game board in the center of the table.
- Each player selects a color and takes the corresponding pieces and cities.
- Shuffle the landscape tiles and place them in a stack face down.
- Resources and scoring markers are accessible to all players.
Basic Rules

Player Order: Determine a starting player. Turns proceed clockwise.

Player Turn: A typical turn consists of two phases: exploration and building.

Exploration: Draw and place a landscape tile on the board. Position the tile adjacent to already laid tiles.

Building: Erect a city on one of the previously laid tiles if you have enough resources. The more valuable the field, the more resources are needed.

Gathering Resources: By building cities, players gain access to the resources present on the tiles they build upon.

Event Cards: At the beginning of each round, draw an event card that impacts all players. These can include positive or negative events.

Scoring: Points can be gained by occupying certain fields, reaching milestones, and through certain event cards.

Ending the Game and Winning
