- Each player receives their own board with eight free positions and a set of colored bird tiles.
- The board is marked with positions from 1 to 8.
- Preparing a Round
- Each round, randomly draw task tiles that set the positioning wishes for that round.
Gameplay
- All players play simultaneously. They try to place their bird tiles to satisfy as many wishes as possible.
- Bird Wishes:
- These may include a specific bird wanting to be on a particular position, next to or not next to another bird.
- Players have a limited time to finalize their positions.
Scoring
- Points
- Each unfulfilled wish results in a penalty point.
- There are bonus points for fulfilling particularly difficult wishes.
- Winning the Game
- The game ends after a preset number of rounds, and the player with the fewest penalty points wins.
Special Rules & Strategies
- Planning Ahead: Try to prepare for the most common wishes and anticipate arrangements.
- Time Management: Since time is limited, quick decision-making is crucial.
- As tasks are shuffled every round, flexibility and adaptability are key to success.
Uluru requires a good memory, quick perception, and strategic thinking to meet the birds' various wishes and ultimately win.
