Objective of the Game

  2. Number of Players: It can be played by 2 to 4 players.
  3. Starting Hand: Each player starts with 5 cards in hand. The remaining cards are placed as a draw pile in the center.
  4. Board (Optional): Some versions use a simple board with special spaces that trigger conditions or bonuses.

Gameplay

The game is played over rounds, each consisting of several phases:

  1. Round Start
  2. The starting player is determined by a draw for the first round and rotates clockwise in subsequent rounds.
  3. Playing Cards
  4. A player plays one card from their hand on the table.
  5. White cards often have positive effects, like drawing additional cards or increasing points.
  6. Black cards can have negative effects on opponents, such as forcing them to discard or reducing their points.
  7. Activating Effects
  8. After playing a card, the printed effect is immediately triggered. Players must plan their moves to maximize their benefit or hinder opponents.
  9. Drawing
  10. At the end of a turn, players draw up to 5 cards, if possible, from the draw pile.
  11. Additional Actions (with board version)
  12. Players can additionally move one space every two turns to benefit from board spaces.

End of Round and Scoring

  • A round ends when all players have played their cards or can no longer draw.
  • Scoring: Players total the points on their cards played. White cards add points, black cards may deduct points.
  • Bonus Points: Special board spaces or unique cards might add bonuses or prevent deductions.

Game End
