Instructions Queendomino

Objective

Queendomino is a strategy board game where players build their own kingdoms by placing landscape tiles. The goal is to create the most valuable kingdom and score more points than your opponents.

Components

• 48 Domino tiles with various landscape types
• 4 3D castles
• 8 King tokens (2 per player)
• 22 Knight figures
• 15 Tower figures
• 42 coins of different values
• 1 Starting tile
• 1 Score pad
• 1 Dragon figure
• 1 Queen figure
• 1 Solo cards deck for solo play

Setup

1. Each player receives a starting tile, a castle, and two king tokens of their color.
2. The domino tiles are shuffled and stacked. The number of tiles used depends on the number of players.
3. Prepare the towers, knights, coins, and the queen for gameplay.

Gameplay

The game is played over several rounds where players take turns choosing and placing domino tiles:

1. Reveal Dominoes: Draw as many domino tiles as there are players and arrange them in ascending order based on their back numbers.

2. Select Domino: The order in which the dominoes are picked is determined by the position of each player’s king token. Players pick a domino in the order of their kings and place one of their kings on it.

3. Place Tile: Players place the chosen tile in their kingdom. Tile placement must ensure that landscape types match with the existing dominoes or the starting tile.

4. Perform Actions: The player can perform the following optional actions in any order:

5. Deploy Knights: Each knight deployed earns the player coins equal to the number of crowns in the connected landscape area.
6. Acquire Towers: Towers increase the chances of attracting the queen to your kingdom, granting extra points.

7. Use the Dragon: For a fee, the dragon can be used to remove a tile from the available selection.

8. End of Round: Once all players have chosen and placed their dominoes, a new round starts.

End of Game

The game ends when all tiles have been used. Points are then calculated based on the following criteria:

• Size of Areas: Calculate the total crowns in a connected area multiplied by the number of tiles.
• Queen: The player possessing the queen earns bonus points.
• Towers, Coins, and Knights: Additional points are awarded for built towers, used knights, and leftover coins.
