Objective

Enchanted Forest is a strategic family board game where players compete to find fairy-tale treasures hidden beneath trees in the forest. The goal is to be the first player to uncover three treasures and report them to the king.

Components

• 1 Game Board featuring a village, a castle, and a forest
• 13 Trees, each hiding a fairy-tale object
• 13 Fairy-Tale Cards, each depicting one of the objects
• 6 Player Pieces in different colors
• 2 Dice

Setup

1. Shuffle the 13 Fairy-Tale Cards and place them face-down as a stack next to the board.
2. Position the trees on marked spaces in the forest, placing one treasure face down under each tree.
3. Place each player's piece in the village.

Gameplay

The game is played in turns proceeded in clockwise order. Each turn consists of the following steps for the player:

1. Roll the Dice: The player rolls both dice.
2. Move: The player moves their piece forward by the exact number of spots as rolled. You can move in any direction.
3. Look Under Trees: If you end your move on a tree space, secretly look at the treasure beneath.
4. If you land on a space occupied by another player, you send that player back to the village.

Scoring Points

When a player thinks they have identified the object the king is looking for, they must go to the castle to prove it:

1. You must roll the exact number to enter the castle.
2. Reveal the top Fairy-Tale Card from the stack.
3. If the treasure under the tree matches the object on the card, keep the card and draw a new one.
4. If it doesn’t match, place the card face down again and leave the castle.

Winning

The first player to collect three Fairy-Tale Cards while in the castle wins the game.

Strategy and Tips

• Use Movement Wisely: Plan your movements carefully to gather as much information as possible in the fewest moves.
• Block and Send Back: Utilize the option to send other players back to the village to keep your knowledge from them and slow their progress.
• Memory Skills: Remember the location of non-matching items to be more efficient in future rounds.
