Objective of the Game
The objective of the game Hotel is to be the richest player by buying, developing, and charging rent for prestigious hotels. The last player remaining who has not gone bankrupt wins the game.

Setup
- Each player selects a figure and receives a starting amount of banknotes.
- Arrange the hotels and property acquisition cards by type on the board.
- Players place their figures on the starting square.
Gameplay

Starting the Game: Determine a starting player. Play proceeds clockwise.

Turns:
- Roll both dice and move your figure accordingly in a clockwise direction.
- Depending on the square you land on, you can:
- Buy Land: Purchase the plot for a hotel by paying the bank and receiving the property acquisition card.
- Build Hotel: If you land on your already purchased plot, you can build a hotel or expansions by paying the bank.
- Pay Rent: If you land on another player's hotel entrance, you must pay rent to the owner, which varies by hotel development.
- Free or Event Square: Follow any specific instructions on the square.
Board Spaces
- Start: Collect income when passing the start square.
- Plots: Opportunity to purchase property for a hotel.
- Event Squares: Allow special actions like reducing rent, collecting money, etc.
Special Rules
- Bankruptcy: If a player cannot meet their financial obligations, they are out of the game. Their assets are either auctioned or returned to the bank.
- Negotiations: Players may agree to buy and sell hotels or negotiate rents for mutual financial benefit.
Strategic Tips
- Invest in properties early to secure rent income flow.
- Watch other players' movements and secure frequently visited spaces.
- Balance between investing in hotel expansions and maintaining cash reserves.
The game ends when only one player is left who hasn't gone bankrupt. This player is the winner.
