Objective
The goal of Texas Hold’em is to make the best possible poker hand out of five cards to win the pot, which is all the chips bet during a round. Typically, the pot is won by the player who shows the best hand at the end, although sometimes all other players will fold, leaving one player to win the pot uncontested.

Rules and Gameplay
Basic Gameplay:

Dealer Position (Button): The player with the dealer button is considered the dealer. This position rotates clockwise after each hand.

Posting Blinds:
- Small Blind: The player to the left of the dealer posts the small blind.

Big Blind: The player to the left of the small blind posts the big blind, typically double the small blind.

Dealing Cards: Each player is dealt two private cards, known as "hole cards."

Betting Round (Pre-Flop): Begins with the player to the left of the big blind. The current and subsequent betting rounds offer four options:
- Check: Make no bet, if possible.
- Call: Match the current bet.
- Raise: Increase the bet.

Fold: Drop out and forfeit your cards.

The Flop: Three community cards are dealt face-up in the center of the table.

Second Betting Round: Begins with the first remaining player to the left of the dealer.

The Turn: A fourth community card is dealt face-up.

- Royal Flush: 10, J, Q, K, A of the same suit
- Straight Flush: Five consecutive cards of the same suit
- Four of a Kind: Four cards of the same rank
- Full House: Three of a kind plus a pair
- Flush: Five cards of the same suit
- Straight: Five consecutive cards of different suits
- Three of a Kind: Three cards of the same rank
- Two Pair: Two different pairs
- One Pair: Two cards of the same rank
- High Card: None of the above, highest card counts

- Position: Play more aggressively in later positions as you have more information about other players’ actions.
