Blue Moon City

Objective

The aim of Blue Moon City is to be the first player to build a designated number of god statues in the temple ruins. Restoring this will earn you the ultimate victory.

Components

• A board with zones representing the buildings of Blue Moon City.
• A set of building cards in various colors and values.
• Crystals and scales as currencies.
• Player figures and decks for each player.
• Temple supports used for the construction of god statues.

Setup

1. The playing board is set with the temple ruins in the center, building cards are shuffled and randomly placed.
2. Each player chooses a color and takes the corresponding figures.
3. Each player receives a specific number of cards.
4. Resource cards (crystals and scales) are prepared.
5. Position dragon scales and place the dragon figure on the appropriate building zone.

Gameplay

The game is played in rounds, where each player takes a turn in sequence. A turn consists of the following steps:

1. Movement

The player can move their figure up to two spaces to perform actions at a new location on the board.

2. Building Actions

• Rebuild buildings: The player can discard cards to help rebuild a building. The number and color of cards needed are shown on the building cards.
• Successful players earn crystals and/or scales as rewards.
• A building is considered rebuilt once the required cards are discarded by one or more players - cooperative buildup is possible.
• The player who makes the final contribution to the structure's reconstruction receives a bonus.

3. Use Crystals and Scales

• Collect scales to obtain crystals.
• Use crystals to erect temple supports in the temple ruins.

4. Draw Cards

• Players replenish their hand by drawing cards.

Special Features

• Dragon Bonus: If a player contributes to rebuilding while the dragon stands on that area, the player receives additional scales.
• Cooperation: Players may work together to complete building reconstruction, receiving individual rewards depending on their contributions.

Winning the Game

The first player to construct the required number of temple pillars wins and becomes the restorer of Blue Moon City.
