Objective of the Game
In Pişti, the goal is to score as many points as possible by collecting tricks and card combinations. Achieving a "Pişti" yields particularly high points.
Game Materials
- A standard 52-card deck is used.
Gameplay
- Dealing Cards: Each player receives 4 cards, and four cards are dealt open into the center, while the remaining cards form a draw pile.
- Turn Order: Players take turns placing a card from their hand into the middle.
- Winning Tricks: If a player places a card that matches the rank of the top card in the middle stack, they win that trick and place it face-down in front of them.
Example: If a 7 is on top in the middle, and a player places another 7, they collect the stack. - Pişti: If the middle stack is captured with only one card using a matching card, "Pişti" is declared, which is worth 10 points instead of the normal card value.
Special Rules
- Jack: This card captures the stack regardless of its rank unless "Pişti" is involved.
- Ace: is worth 1 point, and Diamond Jack is worth 10 points.
End Game and Scoring
- The game ends once all draw pile cards are dealt and played.
- Points are tallied from collected card combinations and "Pişti" instances.
Strategic Tips
- Try to utilize "Pişti" strategically to surprise your opponent and earn extra points.
- Pay attention to the cards that have been played to anticipate which cards may be left, enabling you to plan your moves more effectively.
