Objective of the Game
In "Speedy Roll", players must help their hedgehog roll back home through the forest before the fox catches up. It is a cooperative racing game, but also features competitive variants.

- 1 Hedgehog Ball (sticky ball to collect items)
- 1 Game Board (double-sided for cooperative and competitive modes)
- 1 Wooden Fox (for cooperative mode only)
- 4 Wooden Hedgehog Tokens (for player pieces)
- Item Tokens: Leaves, Apples, and Mushrooms

Setup
- Cooperative Mode:
- Choose the cooperative game board.
- Place the fox on its designated starting space.
- Each player chooses a hedgehog token as their piece.
- Competitive Mode:
- Choose the competitive game board.
- Each player selects a hedgehog token.
Gameplay
Cooperative Mode
- The youngest player starts and rolls the sticky ball to collect item tokens. The goal is to collect the items needed for the next path segments on the hedgehog track.
- Two attempts are allowed per turn, and based on collected tokens, players move their hedgehog forward on the track according to the symbols collected.
- If no suitable symbols are collected to move forward, the game advances the fox from the starting position.
- The goal is to get all hedgehogs to the finish before the fox catches up.
Competitive Mode
- Similar to the cooperative mode, roll the ball to collect items.
- Each player moves their hedgehog based on the symbols collected.
- The first player to get their hedgehog to the finish line wins.
Strategy
- Cooperative Mode: Communicate effectively to determine which symbols are most needed for progress.
- Competitive Mode: Occasionally take risks by aiming for specific symbols to speed up.
